April is a month for many adoption/donation telethons around the country. Our local telethon was last weekend... in its 20th year. That's good and bad; good in the fact that it helps so many shelter pets, and bad in the obvious fact that there still are so many shelter pets.
Obviously and sadly, it will be a never ending battle; but thankfully there will always be good people around the world willing to help in many ways... whether it be volunteering, donating, adopting.
Please keep in mind that April 30th is Adopt A Shelter Pet Day; and if you're able to open your heart and your home, and you have the time for a shelter pet... PLEASE ADOPT:)
